License-Based Access Governance
Trial License Structure and Access Control
Licensing in this system functions as a controlled authorization layer that regulates how the service can be used and within what boundaries that use remains valid. It defines the duration of access, the scope of permitted operations, and the structural limits that govern all user activity. The only form of access that can be requested through the public interface is the trial authorization. Full authorization is issued through separate internal channels and is not available through the form.
Request and Approval Workflow
The trial authorization follows a fixed sequence. The user submits the form. The request enters a review pipeline. The application is evaluated against predefined criteria. If approved, the user receives an email containing credentials and the dedicated domain assigned for access. Until approval occurs, no rights are granted.
Trial Version Capabilities and Limits
The trial mode provides a constrained but functional environment. It allows up to fifteen NFC tag entries, fifteen QR-code records, two user seats, and three assets. These limits define the operational envelope and ensure predictable, controlled evaluation of the service. Every operation performed within the trial remains traceable and bound by the same verification structure as in the full version.
Controlled Entry Through the Application Form
The form below initiates the request process, but authorization is issued only after review, ensuring selective access and maintaining strict control over who enters the system and under what conditions.
