37 Connect the mobile app
Sign in on your phone in seconds by scanning a code from the admin panel; no typing of server addresses or passwords.

- Install the Hashentic app on your phone. On Android, the admin panel offers the download: menu → Mobile app → Download APK, or scan the code shown there.
- In the admin panel open System → Applications and, under Sign in on mobile, click Show QR code.
- On the phone tap Staff sign-in → Sign in by scanning QR, allow the camera and scan the code. The code is valid for up to two minutes (a new one appears automatically) and works only once.
- If your account uses two-factor authentication, enter the code on the phone. The web page confirms: "Successfully signed in on your phone."
- Recommended: protect the app with a PIN or Face ID under App lock.
You can now scan products, look them up, edit their data and write NFC tags from the phone. To open a specific product, scan the QR for the mobile app on its page in the admin panel.
