33 Collect warranty registrations

Turn the moment of verification into a registered customer: a short form after the scan, and the product marked as sold.

Open the asset's Forms tab and click New form.
In the form designer, add a heading and a line of text, then the fields: Full name (Text), Email, Purchased at (Lookup of your boutiques), Purchase date (Date). In the settings panel, under GDPR consent, turn on the consent checkbox and fill in its text and version.
Name the form, set Show this form to = All authentications, tick Allow only one submission per authentication and Allow the customer to skip this form, and save.
Go to Workflows → New workflow. Trigger: On form submit, choose your form. Add Add auth label → Sold, and Add notification for your customer-care team. Save.
Scan a product: the form appears on the verification page. Submissions are listed on the form's row; Download submissions (CSV) exports them.
