35 Update many products at once
Example: 40 card holders were moved to the pop-up store and their Retail status must change. Fields need the Update stage to be editable.

- Open Catalog → Products → Update and switch to Multiple mode.
- Collect the products:
- Scan: scan each product's QR code with the webcam or tap tags on the reader; or click Import from queue to take the products a colleague scanned with the mobile app.
- Query: pick the asset and filter the products (by label, date, type…). Only assets with Allow unprotected management are offered.
- Click Continue to values. Under Shared values, set the new value for everyone; override individual rows if needed. Click Continue to review.
- Check the list and click Start update. The update runs in the background and appears in Bulk operations, where you can retry anything that failed.
