34 Add a team member
Example: Lucas runs the packing station. He needs to create and tag products, but not change settings or see customer questions.

- Open System → Users and click Create user.
- Enter a Username (for example lucas.meyer), his Email and a starting Password (12+ characters, a letter and a digit).
- Choose the Role User and leave the status Active.
- Tick the permissions he needs: Read assets and lookups; Read, Write and Update products; Read and Write bulk operations; Read verifications.
- In Allowed assets, select the product lines he works on, and click Create.
- Give Lucas his username and starting password through a secure channel, and ask him to set up two-factor authentication.
